Tools for deck construction

Plan to build a deck. What tools do I need?

the deck will be a fairly straightforward ground level thing, about 10 x 16.  My wife wants some lattice type railing, and I figure some benches around the inside with perhaps a spot for a built in BBQ would be handy as well. But the question is, now that I have permission to spend up to about $800

CDN on tools (material is a separate budget), what to get?  I'm figuring all I really need is a drill (I've got a corded Black and Decker, which is a throw-away if I burn it out doing this), but the rest of my tools are more for small wood-working.  The router, bandsaw, handsaw, lathe, etc...  I figure a circular saw is the minimum I need to do this (the only tailed saw

I have is the bandsaw).  But I'd like to get something that has some bang-for-the-buck after the deck is built.
